SUBSTANCE: plug has contact members with reduced space between adjacent contact members and connector block affording disposition of conductors to be terminated into contacts in staggered manner. Plug mating socket has contact members disposed in contact holder so that space between adjacent contact members can be reduced. Connector block has contact pairs where contact-to- contact distance in pair is smaller than distance between groups of pairs. Connector block also has improved pointed tooth end enabling reduction in untwisting of conductors connected to connector block.
