SUBSTANCE: one should intracutaneously once inject alive virus vaccine into one or several points at the quantity of 10 vaccinating doses (not less than 10000 TCD50) into wool-free section of axillary area or internal caudal surface in sheep in dangerous territory and disease focus. The present method enables to protect sheep stock against sheep pox in maximum shortened period of time (creates immunity in 24 h after vaccination), interrupts disease development in epizootic focus and dangerous territory.
