FIELD: devices for continuous preparation of mixtures of loose materials; applicable in food, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal mixer has vertical cylindrical body, feeder with branch pipes for supply of initial materials, uncloading branch pipe, drive shaft carrying blades, and rotor in form of base on which hollow thin-walled truncated cones are concentrically installed whose height and angle of inclination of their generator to base rises from central part to periphery. Installed on middle cone are four blades of axial fan impeller. Centrifugal mixer design provides for organization of motions of leading, intercrossing and rarefied flows of material. Process intensification is attained due to the fact that rotor middle cone has four blades of axial fan impeller which form higher rarefaction of leading flows to facilitate best interpenetrating of mixed particles.
