FIELD: plastic metal working, namely cold breaking of rod and tubular materials, possibly in machine engineering for cutting out materials by measured blanks. SUBSTANCE: complex includes apparatus for making notches in order to create stress concentration; power plant; breaker with power drive unit for moving it; housing with support unit; mechanism for feeding cut out material and mechanism for clamping material. Complex is provided with automatic rack, stopper and system for program control of complex. Stopper and mechanism for clamping material are mounted on housing having support. Housing is mounted with possibility of adjustment motion relative to breaker along axis of fed material. EFFECT: enhanced quality of made blanks, enlarged manufacturing possibilities, lowered labor consumption. 3 dwg
