FIELD: mechanical engineering; mixers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for mixing liquid and gas. Proposed apparatus contains at least one nozzle, active and passive flow feed channels, mixing chambers and diffuser. It contains nozzle unit with, at least, one nozzle, at least one primary mixing chamber arranged before and, at least, partially around each of said muzzles, secondary mixing chamber whose inlet is located before outlets of primary mixing chambers, and outlet is combined with diffuser inlet, and receiving chamber which accommodates nozzles of nozzle unit, primary mixing chambers and inlet of secondary mixing chamber. Heat exchange device decreasing temperature of passive flow is installed before passive flow feed channel. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 1 dwg
