FIELD: gas analysis. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technique of gas analysis and can be used to measure little changes in composition of gas mixture by method of absorption spectroscopy, predominantly in infrared range. Procedure consists in alternating supply of radiation of two different spectral ranges into acoustooptical cell. Change of radiation parameters leads to zero equality of difference of optico-acoustic signals caused by radiation of different spectral ranges with preset ratio of concentrations in acoustooptical cell and value of difference of these signals with filling of acoustooptical cell with another gas mixture is analytical signal which is normalized to value of optico-acoustic signal of one of ranges. EFFECT: increased sensitivity and accuracy of measurement of deviation of ratio of concentrations of two components of gas mixture from specified value. 4 cl
