The latter is, essentially, at least payment conditions that enable acquiring copy of acoustic content. Definitions are made and data accepted are presented in super-distribution format. When data format definition section finds that data accepted are not represented in superdistribution format, attribute information receiving section is controlled so as to receive attribute information corresponding to acoustic content from peripheral equipment. Data format conversion section is designed for converting acoustic content received together with attribute information into data formatted for super-distribution.
