FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out surgical treatment of the focus consisting of three-dimensional connecting incisions as Roman digit I, the direction of which coincides with that of gravitational force. Xymedon hydrochloride intake is prescribed per 0.25 g/thrice daily. Sanitation of wound surface is carried out in postoperative period due to putting aside the fragments developed and irrigating with 10%-xymedon hydrochloride aqueous solution. In peculiar case, at surgical treatment one should dissect surface fascia and interfacial fiber, and before developing the fragments one should direct fixing needles from each side along larger length and parallel to free edges. The method enables to provide the best aeration of wound surface, control the course of wound process and decrease the risk for development of hospital infection. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
