SUBSTANCE: apparatus has shank and head with abrasive coat formed from medicinal drug Xemidon. Head is sized and configured depending on area and configuration of surface to be treated. Shank is adapted to be secured in cartridge of surgical electric drill.
EFFECT: enhanced stimulation of healing processes causing intensified healing of wounds and trophic ulcers.
