METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF LYMPHOADENOPATHY Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves verification of chlamydium and/or mycoplasma infection in respiratory way and/or peripheral lymph nodes and immunogram is evaluated. Then complex treatment is carried out that involves application of antibiotics of group macrolides or tetracyclines, or difluoroquinolones in age daily dose for 7-21 days for one or two courses. At the second half of course licopid is administrated in age dose for 10 days and preparations containing recombinant alpha-two interferon and/or interleukin-two by intramuscular injections, and/or rectal administration, and/or phonophoresis, and/or magnetophoresis for 5-20 days. Effectiveness of treatment is recorded by involution of lymph nodes, eradication of chlamydia and mycoplasma in respiratory way and/or in lymph node punctates and by normalization of indices of immunogram. Method enhances effect of treatment due to the complex effect on lymph node tissue in specific infection. Invention can be used for treatment of patients with lymphoadenopathies associated with chlamydiosis and/or mycoplasma infections. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 5 ex
