LIQUID FILTRATION PLANT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: physico-chemical treatment of liquids; liquid cleaning plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed liquid filtration plant includes filter, starting, cleaned and non-cleaned liquid pipe lines with inlet and outlet valves, pump and additional pipe line fitted with adjusting valve. Plant is additionally provided with pump for delivery of hot water , inlet and outlet selectors and additional filter. Inlet of additional pump is connected via adjusting valve to additional hot water pipe line. Inlet of additional filter is connected via second inlet selector to starting liquid pipe line via pump, first outlet selector, filter, first inlet selector, inlet valve and to non-cleaned liquid pipe line. Outlet of additional filter is connected via second outlet selector to cleaned liquid pipe line through outlet valve and to outlet of additional pump; outlet of additional pump is connected to inlet of main pump through first outlet selector; first outlet selector is connected to non-cleaned liquid pipe line. Selectors are made in form of three-way valves and additional filter is made from sintered titanium granules. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning. 3 cl, 1 dwg
