FIELD: reclaiming used industrial oils: transformer oils, turbine oils and motor oils. SUBSTANCE: after prefilter, oil is injected into degasifier under pressure of from 2 to 6 kgf/sq.cm where vacuum of 1×10-2 is preliminarily formed and oil is treated with it. Oil sprayed in degasifier has form of vapor-and- oil mist where oil is present as liquid phase and gases dissolved in oil and foreign fluids are present in vapor phase; they are pumped out by vacuum pump into atmosphere and then (if necessary) oil is returned to degasifier inlet; during treatment, oil is kept in degasifier under vacuum "cap"; then ultradiltration is performed by means of fine filter and chemically bound molecules of gases and low-molecular organic acids are removed by means of adsorption filter at pressure of 15 kgf/sq.cm and rate of flow of 15 l/min.
