Method for making sleeve-insert comprises steps of boring inner surface, centrifugal casting of babbitt; after babbitt casting deforming sleeve-insert along its outer surface in direction towards axis parallel relative oil supply pockets by value not exceeding elastic deformation value; boring inner working surface from one center until designed working size; releasing deformation effort.
