FIELD: transport engineering; road vehicles. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices improving streamlining and stability of wheeled self-propelled vehicles, mainly, cars. Proposed device overlaps, completely or partially, front clearance between car structure and road surface by apron whose working members are shutters being thin-walled shaped rods or bars. They are secured by upper end on car structure and are made of resilient or elastic material. When riding onto an obstacle, said shutters lose their bending stability making it possible to move aside to height of obstacle without destruction and transmission of destructive forces to car structure, and owing to their shaping, they withstand action of on-coming air flow without losing their bending stability.
