FIELD: pneumatic transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed installation for pneumatic transportation of loose materials contains rarefaction source and service hopper with aerating device in lower part communicating with material intake through transport pipeline with normally open controllable pneumatic valves. Installation contains additionally device for discharge of loose materials from low-pressure area into high-pressure area communicating with rarefaction source with loose material intake, and at least one intermediate accumulator with sealing shutter on intake branch pipe and aerating device in lower part on which normally open controllable pneumatic valve is located. Device for discharging loose materials from low-pressure area into high-pressure area is made in form of two chambers with turnable shutters on outlet branch pipes installed one over the other whose gas spaces communicate through overflow pipe with valve gear. Upper chamber is provided with tangential material inlet branch pipe and gas outlet branch pipe. Central pipe installed in upper chamber communicates with rarefaction source. Lower chamber gas normally open adjustable pneumatic valve. Valve gear includes spring-loaded diaphragm forming two spaces, one of which communicates with gas outlet branch pipe, and the other, with gas space of upper chamber. Diaphragm interacts with inlet of lower chamber overflow pipe. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption at transportation at transportation and discharging of materials. 3 cl, 3 dwg
