SUBSTANCE: indicated agent comprises the following components, wt. -%: nonionogenic surface-active substance, 0.15-3.0; potassium hydroxide, 3.0-20.0; sodium metasilicate, 3.0-20.0; oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, 1.5-5.0; sodium hypochlorite, 1.5-12.0; sodium tripolyphosphate or sodium pyrophosphate or trisodium phosphate, the balance.
