FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: described detergent relates to preparations for cleaning milking and dairy equipment and can be used for cleaning milking machines with milk line, milk tanks and other dairy equipment and dairy utensils in dairy goat breeding. Task of the invention is achieved due to the fact that detergent, which includes mineral components: potassium hydroxide, sodium metasilicate with silicate modules higher than 2.45, sodium tripolyphosphate, surface-active substance - alkyldimethylamine oxide, corresponding to formula ChH2n+1 (CH3)2·NO, wherein n=8, additionally contains oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, ethyleneglycol monoethyl ether, and sodium hypochlorate as disinfectant, with the following component ratio in composition, wt %: potassium hydroxide 2.0-5.0, sodium metasilicate 2.0-7.0, sodium tripolyphosphate 5.0-12.0, oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid 0.5-10.0, alkyldimethylamine oxide 16.0-24.0, ethyleneglycol monoethyl ether 0.5-2.0, sodium hypochlorate 12.0-20.0, water to 100.
EFFECT: provision of high purity of working surfaces of milking and dairy equipment in cleaning fouling of higher hardness at low-temperature modes of equipment cleaning in goat breeding.
