FIELD: mining industry, formation fracturing with use of visco-elastic fluid. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of breaking of stratum in underground formation includes injection of visco-elastic fluid into underground stratum by pump through hole of well under pressure sufficient for stratum fracturing. Visco-elastic fluid contains aqueous medium, surface-active substance chosen from group comprising amphoteric surface-active substances, zwitterion surface-active substances and their mixtures and element presenting water-soluble compound.
