Abstract RU 2217660 C2

FIELD: furnace for boilers, reactors or chambers with circulating fluidized bed. SUBSTANCE: reactor comprises casing for furnace reactor bounded by front wall, rear wall spaced from front wall, side walls and bottom wall connected with front and rear walls. Reactor has primary air feeding means for supplying of primary air through bottom wall with the purpose of circulating bed fluidization into furnace reactor casing. Recirculation means for bed recirculation from casing upper part backwards into bottom part thereof and intermediate walls with orifices form furnace shield and create integrated secondary air high-pressure chamber for introducing of secondary air into fluidized bed. Furnace shield extending in vertical direction into furnace reactor shield is made without physical partitioning of furnace reactor shield into upper and lower parts. Furnace has through holes for conveying of gaseous and solid matter through shield from one reactor side to other reactor side between front and rear case parts both in upper and lower parts thereof. At least one integrated secondary air high-pressure chamber is located into reactor case near fluidized bed center and communicates with intermediate air supplying channels.
