FIELD: rocket engineering, tests of fastened charges of solid-propellant rocket engines in systems of various classes. SUBSTANCE: specific feature of process testing fastened charges of solid-propellant rocket engines lies in that charge is thermostatted at maximal negative and positive temperatures of its usage and in subsequent test of its serviceability by firing test at bench. Charge is exposed to effect of forced temperature loads which values are established by certain relationship prior to firing bench test. EFFECT: raised authenticity of test results conducted to prove shelf life of fastened charges. 2 dwg
