SUBSTANCE: patient under testing is prescribed for intravenous injection of 2.4%- eufillin solution for 4-6 d per 5 ml and in 2-3 d after the last injection one should detect the level of amylase, lipase and trypsin and at the increase of their levels against the norm it is possible to diagnose exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis.
