FIELD: medicine, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: one should test patient's blood serum applied onto a slide and covered with a cover glass and dried at 37-38 C for 1.5-2 h. The crystals developed in blood serum should be compared with those of model composites preobtained due to enriching blood serum of healthy person with such enzymes as trypsin, amylase and lipase. At availability of crystals in the form of either cellular or dendritic nettings one should diagnose hypertrypsinemia, at availability of subparallel lamellae - hyperamylasemia, at availability of bubble chambers with processes - hyperlipasemia. EFFECT: higher information value and significance. 11 dwg, 10 ex
