SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling out syrup from sand sugar, common syrup and edible salt; separating vapors in vapor separating chamber; introducing condensed milk and aromatizer into syrup and cooling, with condensed milk being introduced into vapor separating chamber during vapor separating stage; subjecting resultant mixture to additional boiling out procedure in thin layer to moisture content of 3%; using aromatizer having milk flavor and aroma; using components in the following ratio, wt%: sand sugar 46.71-54.26; common syrup 29.28-40.00; condensed milk 12.80-16.00; edible salt 0.44; aromatizer with milk flavor and aroma 0.03-0.05.
