FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transecting pubic, iliac, and ischial bone with following cotyloid cavity rotation. The achieved cotyloid cavity position is fixed with bone autograft introduced into the arisen diastasis of the iliac bone. Excessive diastasis between the ischial bone fragments is reduced by tightening ligature and tying it. Kirschner wires are conducted through the ischial bone fragments and the autograft.
