FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the present method deals with treating hip joint. One should use inferior limb temporary fixed to the mentioned fragment to replace pelvic bone's fragment at maximum deviation with Firschner's needles directed through ileum's supracotyloid area into thigh bone's greater trochanter. Achieved fragment's position should be kept with osseous autotransplant inserted into developed ileum's diastasis and fixed with needles that simplifies medialization and provides stability of fixation.
