FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises replacing a part of the boiler oil by water, producing water-oil emulsion, supplying natural gas, water-oil emulsion, fan and compressor air, and oxygen to the burner, burning the combustible components, and discharging the products of combustion. The water-oil emulsion is produced by supplying boiler oil and water to the rotor device for hydroacoustic treating of liquids, which has blade working wheel made of load-carrying and covering disks provided with the peripheral ring wall having a row of outlet ports. The peripheral ring wall of the working wheel and solid coaxial wall of the stator define the ring resonance space which is in communication with the collecting chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
