SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of grape and/or vegetable pulp, and/or must by magnetic field with extremely low-frequency range (3-30 Hz) or superlow- frequency range (30-300 Hz) for 5-60 min at field intensity value 120-1400 A/m. Proposed method provides increasing sugar content in must and alcohol, phenolic and painting substances after fermentation of prepared must.
