FIELD: pulse engineering. SUBSTANCE: converter has open-collector NOT gate 1, resistors 2, 6, 8, capacitor 3, diodes 4, 7, and transistor 5. Input of NOT gate 1 functions as clock input 9 and output is connected to first leads of resistor 2 and capacitor 3. Second lead of capacitor 3 is connected to anode of diode 4 and to emitter of transistor 5 whose collector functions as output 10 connected to first lead of resistor 6 and to anode of diode 7 whose cathode functions as data input 11. Second leads of resistors 2 and 6 are connected to bus 12 placed at positive potential for connection to power supply. First lead of resistor 8 is connected to base of transistor 5 and second lead, to cathode of diode 4 and to zeropotential bus that functions as output 13.
