FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing incorporating first impeller and alveolar disk with drives. Apparatus is equipped with second impeller arranged concentrically to alveolar disk and provided with individual drive. Impellers are rotating in single direction and alveolar disk is rotating in opposite direction with respect to impeller rotation. Impeller blades are made from resilient material. Impellers have curved blades. Blade profile is described by equation ρ/a = ϕ/2π or in parametric form of ρ = κϕ, where k is parameter of Archimedes' spiral; ϕ is angle of rotation, rad; a is spiral cut pitch; π = 3,1416 is transcendental number. Apparatus is used for sowing of bulk material having increased moisture content, such as farm crop seeds, known and widely used powdered or pelletized fertilizers, as well as fertilizers obtained on the basis of products of decomposition for two-four years of livestock and pig feces and bird dung and additives in the form of ground phosphorites, microelements of metallurgical slurry, rapped bischofite mineral.
