FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: method comprises disintegration and dosage of components, their mixing, sterilization, granulation, saturation with trace minerals, riddling, and repeated disintegration of riddled products. Primary processing and licorice root extraction wastes are added to product of 2-4- year degradation of poultry droppings and porcine and bovine manure, after which amount of pathogenic microorganisms is determined. Sterilization of fertilizer components is performed using still residue of licorice extraction and solution of naturally occurring sulfate-type bischofite with formula MgCl2•6H2O. Porcine and bovine manure and poultry droppings degradation products are disinfected with still residue of licorice extraction and bischofite solution (density 1.2-1.4 t/cu.m) taken in amounts, respectively, 60-120, 140-180, and 200-400 l per 1 t raw material, these norms being increased by 20-40% compared to required amounts. Still residue and bischofite solution are applied onto raw material by way of fine spay while continuously introducing components into sterilizer. Saturation with macro- and trace minerals is performed with ground phosphorite and processed slime of etching solutions and metallurgical wastes when fertilizer components are charged into granulator. Production line incorporates, in series connected with transportation means, accumulation tank, disintegrator, drum-type separator, metering device, gas heat-carrier source connected over air duct with internal space of drum drier, transportation means in the form of pipelines and conveyer screws. Line is provided with metering hoppers to feed waste form primary processing of licorice root grist, liquid sterilizer containers, pump, manometers, valves, hydraulic net for passing bischofite solution into sprayers. In addition, line is provided with hoppers having metering devices for feeding macro- and trace minerals in the form of ground phosphorite and trace mineral complex from processed slime of etching solutions and metallurgical waste, granulator, and supplementary accumulation tanks. The latter are hydraulically connected over pipelines to effluent accumulator and effluent-processing bioreactor and mechanically connected over conveyer screws to individual drum-type disintegrators- separators. Each of the latter has metering device and is mounted above sterilizer made in the form of conveyor belt. Downstream displacement of components, there are sprayers for finely spraying bischofite solution are disposed above conveyor belt in order to sterilize fertilizer components. Conveyor belt is conjugated with granulator. EFFECT: increased fertility of agricultural cultures, enhanced preservation of land, and reduced cost price of produce. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 15 tbl
