DEPOSITION APPARATUS WITH CHANGEABLE CHAMBER Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: application of polymeric powder paints on articles of metals, glass and ceramics. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes carcass; filtration unit rigidly mounted in upper part of carcass and being in the form of panel having collector and provided with changeable filters, units for cleaning them and fixing protrusions along its perimeter. Chamber may be suspended on those protrusions. Chamber is in the form of bag separated in vertical plane by means of partition, having in its upper part fixing openings with louvers, in front part - window for depositing powder, at side - two transporting ports, in constriction zone - small rigid frame and in lower part - metallic reservoir with grid and easily detachable vibrator. Carcass is hollow; compressed air may be accumulated in it for pulse cleaning of filters. Such apparatus does not need large investment for organization of production process. EFFECT: simplified reliable ecologically safe operation of apparatus, possibility for rapid changing of type or color of powder paint. 3 cl, 3 dwg
