FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mobile waste incineration plant which dispose of solid and wet household wastes both in large and small towns (far from big waste incineration plants). Mobile waste incineration plant includes rotating gas furnace with electric drive which has rotating door of working load window in the furnace face, integrated gas burner, electric generator, system of dust and gas purifying with unit of furnace gas treatment and filter for furnace gas cleaning from dust, waste grinder, screw feeder, transporter used to feed waste into the plant, fold-out gutter with stop used to load waste into the furnace. The furnace has cylindrical enclosure welded of steel sheet with fettling with chamotte brick and thermal insulation. Face walls of the enclosure are removable and are fixed with bolts. The enclosure has cap for ash removal. In the middle part of the enclosure there is gear wheel connecting with gear wheel of the drive. The burner used integrated door of operation loading window, 4-mixing injection system with removable nozzles working with propane. The furnace gas treatment unit includes ash box for collection and removal of ash present in the furnace gases, mixing chamber used to mix treated by ash box furnace gases with air and reduction of temperature to 160-190°C, installed before the smoke exhauster and rotating grate for the gas treatment in the boiling layer with absorber - activated coal or hydrated lime. The filter is made with four sleeve filters.
EFFECT: ensures ecologically friendly way of waste incineration.
