FIELD: confectionary and pharmaceutical industries. SUBSTANCE: invention is dealt with reprocessing of species of parvifoliate wood in valuable organic products. It presents a method of obtaining the products of fine organic synthesis - vanillin, a lilac aldehyde and a levulic acid. Vanillin can find application in a confectionery industry, pharmaceutical and perfumery production. The lilac aldehyde can be used as raw material for production of different pharmaceuticals. The levulic acid can be applied to produce odorous substances for production of high-quality polymers. A method of reprocessing of species of parvifoliate wood includes preliminary acid prehydrolysis with expelling hemicellulose at the temperature of 120 C and using 0.5 % sulfuric acid for 30 minutes at a water duty of 1:10, catalytic oxidation by Oxygenium in an alkaline medium at increased temperature and pressure - in vanillin, a lilac(magenta) aldehyde, and cellulose residuum and the subsequent acid - catalytic hydrolysis cellulose residium - in a levulic acid. EFFECT: reduced an alkali charge at the stage of wood raw reprocessing in vanillin and a lilac aldehyde. 4 ex
