METHOD OF STRESSED REINFORCED CONCRETE ITEMS PRODUCTION AND THE MOLD FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction; production of stressed reinforced structures. SUBSTANCE: invention presents a method, that simplifies manufacture of stressed reinforced concrete items, and a mold design with the internal fixed stops, ensuring realization of the given method. The reinforced bars are placed in the design position in the top part of the cross-section of an item, both ends of each reinforcement bar are simultaneously put down in the mold downwards so that the rod will be located between a stop and the retainer. The rolling force acting on the end anchorages and originating owing to a declination of bearing surfaces of the stops an angle to a rod axis, forms an angle 0,25 gr. with a perpendicular to the longitudinal ribs of the retainer support surface, that is interacting with the end anchorages of the rods. In the mould the stops of the overhead fixture are fixed on the shaping surfaces of the longitudinal side-walls. A stop surface interacting with the stressed rod, forms with the longitudinal ribs of the supporting surface of the corresponding retainer an acute angle with its vertex directed downwards.
