FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of parts for automobiles and furniture. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has mold consisting of matrix and punch, base and punch locking mechanism. Matrix is secured on upper plate and punch is secured by means of articulation in lower plate. Upper and lower plates are provided with three-arm levers whose end is secured on one of side surfaces of plates. Center arms of levers of upper plate are articulated with center arms of levers of lower plate. Spring-loaded balance beams are mounted between third arms of three-arm levers. Secured on either side of lower plate are brackets which carry locking mechanism Mounted over edges of lower plate are uprights provided with trunnions fitted in bearings. Bearing bodies are mounted on base. Horizontal axis of articulations connecting center arms of three-arm levers are located in horizontal plane running through axes of trunnions.
