FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft includes fuselage with tail unit, stabilizer elevator, fin with rear support, wing and landing gear. Aircraft is provided with two rudders located symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of fuselage on lower surface of wing; rudders consist of swivel surface, axle and two bodies with bearings where ends of axle are fitted; one end is secured to wing truss and other end is secured to bracing wire whose free end is rigidly secured to lower surface of wing. Provision is made for two independent rudder control systems located symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of fuselage; each rudder control system includes lever with pedal whose other end is fitted on common axle with its free end embedded in cabin floor, two rollers: one roller is mounted in fuselage floor and other roller is secured in cavity of wing; spring is also provided whose one end is connected to axle of swivel surface and other end is secured to wing truss and rope embracing said rollers.
