FIELD: flying vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft has fuselage with cabin, wing, tail unit made in form of fin with rudder, two additional fins, stabilizer with elevator and deceleration unit with drive. Secured in saloon of rear fuselage is strut with smooth hole. End of tail section is provided with hole having sealing member. Deceleration unit mounted after tail fuselage consists of head with hole in its center and six ears smoothly distributed over perimeter of head, six rods with ears; end of each of them is articulated to ear of head; it is also provided with screw placed in central hole of head and in smooth hole of strut, nut with six ears smoothly distributed over perimeter of its front portion and six bracing wires; each bracing wire is articulated to rod ear at one end and to nut ear at other end and envelope covering the said rods. Secured on free ends of rods is detachable end-piece provided with bend. Drive consists of electric motor, reduction gear and two clutches coupling the electric motor, reduction gear and propeller. Clutches are secured on bracket connected with fuselage. Envelope is made from parachute fabric.
