MECHANISM FOR HORIZONTAL DISPLACEMENT OF PALLET Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2219319 C2

FIELD: construction industry, erection of mechanized storehouses for large-size cargo, for instance, parking lots for cars. SUBSTANCE: mechanism for horizontal displacement of pallet from cargo platform to storage cell and back has drive, two reduction gears and two lever motions installed on edges of cargo platform along its longitudinal axis. Main lever in each level motion is mounted with the help of keyed joint on output shaft of worm reduction gear and is fitted with sprocket put on side of reduction gear shaft immobile relative to main lever. Free end of main level carries additional equalarm level mounted for rotation which is equipped with pair of sprockets with vertical axis installed immobile with reference to additional lever on side of joint with main lever. Bearing plate provided with sprocket installed immobile with regard to bearing plate along its rotation axis is positioned on free end of additional equal-arm lever. Sprocket put immobile on main lever is connected by means of chain transmission to sprocket positioned beneath, from pair of sprockets installed on additional equal-arm lever. Sprocket positioned above from pair of sprockets installed on additional lever is linked by means of chain transmission to sprocket placed immobile on bearing plate. Drive is connected to reduction gears, for example, with the help of shafts with torsional rigidity securing synchronization of turn of pairs of levers in opposite directions and translation of bearing plates in one direction. Bearing plates of lever motions are mounted for interaction with location seats of pallets for car placement. EFFECT: raised functional reliability of mechanism for horizontal displacement of pallet with car into storage cell and back thanks to simplicity of design and usage of standard accepted elements of kinematics, uncomplicated control circuit and expanded functional and operational potential of mechanism. 2 cl, 3 dwg
