FIELD: hydraulic equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regulating valves in passage area of which great pressure differential should be handled under cavitation-free conditions. Proposed two-step valve contains two throttling devices and relief device operating successively. Each throttling device is formed by shaped elements of cup and gate. Through section of each step is ring contraction. Said contraction is formed by cylindrical profile of gate and non-linear profile of seat to provide equal per cent passage characteristics of each indicated step as a function of gate lifting. Invention is aimed at provision of non-cavitation reliable operation at high pressure differentials and prevention of instability of gate. EFFECT: reduced power consumption of servomotor. 1 dwg
