FIELD: valves production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control valve and can be used in various process systems to control the transferred medium with the required throughput (consumption) characteristics. Control body stepped gate contains the fixed in the body seat, overlapped by the spindle-controlled stepped conical plunger. Seat passage channel is made cylindrical and is provided with the conical sealing field interacting with the plunger supporting stage mating field, and all subsequent steps are made cylindrical, which diameters, number and length determine the gate throughput capacity diagram construction coordinates points, and the cylindrical steps number is not more than number of the regulated by GOST R 55508-2013 points for the throughput diagram construction. Plunger last cylindrical stage end can be made conical. Cylindrical stages end surfaces faces are equipped with chamfers.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at the stepped control body manufacturing labor intensity reduction and any required throughput obtaining due to its geometric parameters.
