FIELD: construction engineering; corrosion protection of gas exhaust bores of smoke stacks. SUBSTANCE: proposed tube- envelope includes cylindrical part (up to 50 layers) made by winding together with bearing and coupling belts and external projection for telescopic connection with other structural member of similar design. Each layer of tube-envelope includes two systems in interweaving of weft and warp filaments. Warp filaments are oriented in circular direction or over helical lines. Volume ratio of filaments and polymer binder ranges from 1:0.2 to 1:0.8 and volume ratio of weft and warp filaments ranges from 1:1 to 5:1. Used as polymer binder is composition of epoxytriphenol resin, 65 to75% and phenol formaldehyde varnish of resol type, 25 to 35% for tubes-envelopes for operation at temperatures of up to 150 C and epoxytriphenol resin, 65 to 75% and aniline phenol formaldehyde binder , 25 to 35% for tubes-envelopes for operation at temperature of up to 300 C. As well as epoxytriphenol resin, 5% and complex resin-hardener, 25 to 35% consisting of aniline formaldehyde and phenol formaldehyde resins at ratio of components of 1:1 to 1:0.1 for tubes-envelopes for operation at temperatures up to 250 C. Prepreg glass filler is wound on revolving mandrel overlapping layers of filler by 35 to 50 mm; winding is accompanied by penetration of polymer binder by heating shaft (shafts) at rotational speed of mandrel of 0.5 to 1.2 r/min and layer rolling force of 10 to 12 tf in molding cylindrical part of tube envelope and 1 to 4.5 tf in molding bearing belts and tension of 225 to 335 kgf in applying layers on mandrel, 800 to 1000 mm wide forming cylindrical part of structure and 50 to 150 kgf at applying layers, 150 to 400 mm forming bearing and coupling belts and external circular projection. Temperature of heating of polymer prepreg binder on heating shaft (shafts) ranges from 100 to 150 C; reinforcing filler is used as prepreg glass fabric at ratio of warp filaments (in direction of motion to mandrel) to weft filaments (across warp) ranging from 1:1 to 5: 1; used as polymer binder is composition of epoxytriphenol resin, 65 to 75% and phenol formaldehyde varnish, 25 to 35% at volume ratio of prepreg glass fabric filaments from 1:0.2 to 1:0.8; hardening of material of tubeenvelope is conducted in closed thermal chamber together with mandrel at the following modes: smooth rise of temperature to 95-105C, no less than 3-4 h; smooth rise of temperature to 105-130 C, 2-3 h; smooth rise of temperature from 130 to 170 C, no less than 3 h; holding at temperature 150- 170 C, 10-15 h; smooth cooling of hardened blank of tube-envelope to temperature of 50-60 C, 3-6 h. Methods of coupling tube-envelope includes weighing-out of two or more tubes on loadbearing framework, making telescopic connection of tubes and release of their conjugated surfaces and cutting followed by applying cover plates tape spirals made from composite fibrous material consisting of turns possessing flexible memory. EFFECT: improved quality of tubeenvelope; enhanced operational reliability. 57 cl, 44 dwg, 2 tbl
