FIELD: railway transport; testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnosing devices of motor and trailer bogies of electric train cars. Proposed test stand contains base on which rollers are installed for rotation around horizontal axles and wheel center disks resting on rollers and installed on base for rotation in horizontal plane. Said stand is furnished with device for simulating real load from full mass of vehicle made for hinge coupling with vehicle and base and made in form of hydraulic cylinder one member of which contains detachable element. Said simulator is installed along axis of vehicle gravity center. Invention makes it possible to carry out testing under conditions corresponding to real operating conditions of vehicle on line.
