FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for carrying out laboratory tests of wheelsets of railway rolling stock for determining dynamic and resource characteristics, conducting acceptance tests. Stand consists of a track section, a pit, two carriages with rollers in the direction of each rail, portal for creating a vertical load on the trolley, pneumatic cylinder for transmission of braking force to the friction pads of the front wheel pair, the sensor of the device for measuring vibration parameters. Front wheel pair, when tested, is in the carriage area. In the pit is installed an asynchronous motor connected to the neck of the front wheel pair of the truck with a V-belt. In this case, one pair of friction pads is installed with a high grip with the wheel, and the second – with an extremely low.
EFFECT: technical result is an estimation of dynamic and resource properties of trucks in conditions of approach of the trucks test to the real loads falling on the truck at collisions of cars through an automatic coupler.
