SUBSTANCE: in peritoneal liquid one should spectrophotometrically detect the level of average-weight molecules and at wave length of 280 nm and extinction values ranged 0.100 - 0.210 external genital endometriosis stage I is determined; 0.211 - 0.310 - external genital endometriosis stage II is determined; 0.311 - 0.526 - external genital endometriosis stage III is determined; 0.527-0.726 - external genital endometriosis stage IV is determined. The method enables to obtain accurate diagnostics of endometriosis stages that enables to carry out adequate therapy of pathological process and avoid complications associated with underestimation of disease severity degree.
