SUBSTANCE: the suggested method should be implemented due to detecting the content of 2-macroglobulin in blood serum and at its value being 600.0 mg/dl and higher one should predict stage I of the above-mentioned disease, at its value ranged 599.0-480.0 mg/dl - endometriosis stage II, at 479.0-360.0 mg/dl - endometriosis stage III and from 359.0 - endometriosis stage IV. The suggested method enables to diagnose the stage of external genital endometriosis in women even at early stages of process development at accuracy of 92.5%.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
