FIELD: radio engineering; antenna-feeder channels of miscellaneous radio transmitters and receivers. SUBSTANCE: surge voltage protective device has surge suppressor whose cathode is grounded and anode is connected to output of surge voltage source and to input of pulse sharpening unit whose output is connected to filter input. Filter output is connected to input of equipment under protection. Pulse sharpening unit has n (n≥1) series-connected delay lines, each being shorted out by pulse sharpening surge suppressor, respectively. Pulse sharpening unit introduced in device enables use of protective device in highfrequency regions. EFFECT: reduced residual peak pulses entering equipment due to voltage surges. 1 cl, 3 dwg
