FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with evaluating the flow of osteogenesis at treating false articulations according to roentgenograms. One should compare sclerosis areas of fractures' ends both before operation and after 1-mo-long distraction. If after a 1-mo-long distraction of osseous fractures one can detect complete regress of sclerosis either in both fractures or in one of them sclerosis regress occurs completely and in another one it occurs for more than two thirds it is possible to consider osteogenesis process to be favorable. If in a 1- mo-long distraction sclerosis area in fractures is not changed or decreased, but not more than for one third or one half it is possible to consider osteogenesis process to be of delayed action. The suggested method enables to evaluate the character of reparative processes at earlier stages of distraction in false articulations. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation. 2 dwg, 2 ex
