FIELD: drug formulation. SUBSTANCE: granules include sugar nucleus 710-1180 mcm in size (16-25 mesh), film envelop containing water-soluble polymer and antifungal preparation, and protective covering layer wherein residual concentration of dichloromethane is below 600 ppm. Indicated granules are included in pharmaceutical formulation. Sugar granules are coated by spraying solution of antifungal preparation and water-soluble polymer in organic solvent consisting of methylene dichloride and ethanol in fluidized-bed granulator. Thus coated nuclei are then dried in vacuum by irradiating them with microwave or radio-frequency emission. Dried nuclei are coated by spraying solution of above-indicated polymer in above-indicated solvent in the same granulator. EFFECT: increased purity of product. 10 cl
