SUBSTANCE: granule has a round or spherical central core (diameter is 25-30 mesh), covering film made of hydrophilic polymer and an antifungal agent and a layer of polymeric thickening coating. Granule has the following preferable composition, wt.-%: core substance 20-60; hydrophilic polymer 25-50; antifungal agent 10-25, and polymer forming a thickening coating 2-5. Pharmaceutical composition has an effective amount of granules showing antifungal effect. Composition can be made as gelatin capsules containing intraconizole or saperconazole as granules. Method of granule preparing involves 3 stages: 1. Core coating (size is 25-30 mesh) by spraying antifungal agent solution and hydrophilic polymer in an organic solvent that has methylene chloride and ethanol in granulator device with fluidized layer and fitted with Wurster insert (bottom spraying). 2. Drying the obtained coated cores in vacuum drum dryer. 3. Application of thickening coating on the dried cores by polymer solution spraying that forms coating in an organic solvent. This solution has methylene chloride and ethanol. Applying process is carried out in granulator device with fluidized layer and fitted with Wurster insert.
