FIELD: medicine for treatment and prophylaxis of diseases of the endocrine and immune systems of the living organism. SUBSTANCE: the invention solves the problem of expansion of the operating potentialities of the device by additional use of the energy of the electrostatic field for intensification of the process of destruction of the crystal lattices in the boundary layer of the agent with a subsequent formation of electric charges clusters of the medicinal agent and saturation of the air passing through the device by them. The device is provided with an electric transferring unit providing an electron coupling of the source of medicinal agent to the negative pole of the high-voltage source. The electric transferring is made in the form of an insulated electric conductor, whose one end is naked and can be connected to the negative pole of the high-voltage source, and the other is passed through an insulator-pusher and a pressure spring and is connected to the electrode located in the cavity of the holder in contact with the source of medicinal agent. The holder is built up of electric insulating material and provided with lugs-stops in the end-face section of the holder. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 6 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
